From single parts for prototypes or tooling, to short or long run production manufacturing we provide the highest quality finished parts at very competitive pricing utilizing the latest technology from Haas CNC, Doosan Machining Centers, Iemca barloaders and Iscar Cutting Tools. Extended automation such as magazine servo bar feeders and Renishaw probing systems allows us to be most efficient and keeps the cost for production parts lower while maintaining a high quality standard. Contract manufacturing with annual blanket orders and just-in-time target deliveries. We offer credit terms to qualified customers and accept major credit cards for your convenience.

E.M.P provides general CNC machining services to a variety of industries including consumer products, OEM’s, musical instruments, valves, electrical components, fiber optics etc. Long or short run production parts, prototypes, repair or replacement parts and tooling for factories. We maintain a quality control manual available for review and accepted for Mil-Spec.

Types of materials used include Steel, Low Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum,Brass, Bronze, and plastics such as Nylon, Acetyl, UHMW, & Teflon. We also work with Aluminum and Bronze castings, and Aluminum Extrusions.The machined parts are  inspected for accuracy throughout the production process.All parts go through finishing and final inspection before they are delivered to you.Inspection reports  are available, as well as certifications for welding, plating and RoHS Compliant parts.
