Kenilworth, NJ- Evolution Machine Products, Inc. has added a new Haas VF2 Milling Center to our milling cell. The new machine was purchased through HFO Allendale Machinery Systems and includes extended automation with a  Renishaw Intuitive Probing System onboard. The probing system makes changeovers much quicker by automating the setup process and also provides tool touch off, wear and breakage detection as well as in-machine inspection of parts like a CMM would otherwise provide outside of the machine process. The machine is 4th Axis ready and features rigid tapping and remote monitoring. 30x16x20" work envelope, 30 HP direct drive spindle, 8100 RPM.

EMP has purchased a new Iemca Kid 80+ Magazine Bar Feeder for our Doosan Turning Center. The new bar loader adds extended automation to our turning department for unattended and lights out production. Adding automation features to any machining center reduces labor costs and ultimately improves efficiency for cost savings to customers. The Iemca machine is the best made machine in it's class and comes at a reasonable price.
